Is it code compliant to combine A/C refrigerant lines and the A/C circuit power cable/conduit
exiting the same hole?

I have seen it combined and separate.

I am aware of the rule that the service entrance conductor and the GEC are only permitted to be in
the same entrance hole.

Thank you all for the feedback.

There is no such rule. Service conductors cannot be in the same raceway as other conductors but there is no prohibition for a service raceway or cable to be in the same hole as other systems
I wasn't thinking about what he said about that when I replied to refrigerant lines. Stuff is run through the service entrance holes all the time. Cable, TELCO, sprinkler, LV landscape lighting all seem to get snuck through that existing hole. Nothing prohibits it.
