A/C Unit for a Class 2 Div 2 Environment to a Cool a PLC Control Panel?

Hello All,
For a current project to replace existing analyzers, an analyzer PLC control panel is scoped to be installed in an area classified as both Class 1 Div2 and Class 2 Div2.

The project team has not found a readily available solution for the Class 2 Div 2 A/C unit and are exploring options on how to move forward. Is anyone familiar with a Class 2 Div 2 A/C unit or another acceptable option to provide cooling for the PLC control panel? Please note that we have explored vortex coolers but have plant air limitations.

The A/C unit is currently sized for 4100 BTU
 
Can you use a mini split type device with the compressor outside of the classified area and the evaporator and fan inside the enclosure...just not sure they make them that small.
 
I have see jobs where you order an air handler for indoors withe the compressor (condensing unit ) outside the exp area. The air handler can be ordered with a explosion proof motor and a no sparking blower wheel.
 
Iceqube shows they have them for that situation. We use them for our cabinets but not in classified areas. Another solution would be to move the AC outside the zone and duct in, not sure off the top of my head code for HVAC but sure someone will chime in.
 
Before this discussion goes too far, see Section 502.5. Explosionproof and Dust-ignitionproof are not necessarily compatible.

Also See 502.135(B). Bringing this up may be a bit of a curveball-sorry. An A/C unit for a Class II, Division 2 environment isn't exactly utilization equipment as envisioned by Article 100; however, what you are attempting to achieve will follow the principals outlined in 502.135(B). Basically you are simply trying to avoid a build-up of dust.

Using most flush, wall-mount, or window mount units, otherwise identified as suitable for Class II, should be acceptable. [See Section 500.8(A)]
 
It is not clear to me if the OP is referring to an area that is both class 1 and class 2 or there are both class 1 and class 2 areas involved.
