110.14(A) makes reference to an "upturned lug".
Would anybody have a picture to illustrate. If so would it be possible to post. My appreciation in advance. Thanks!

No picture, but I think this type of terminal is like what you see on a "microswitch", where there is a washer that is turned up on the outer edge, thereby containing the #10 stranded or smaller wire. I have also seen terminals with the 4 corners turned down, doing the same thing. The code reference limits the size of the wire used on this type to #10 max. If you have a wire larger, then there are different type of compression lugs for that.
