AB 1400 reset

I have a customer with an AB 1400 I put in many years ago. I've had to reset it twice, I think, going on line with it. Power reset doesn't work.

Retired now and currently 11 hours away, I get the SOS call. My former employee and his new boss did a physical work around.

What is the bit number I could use to do the reset via its HMI?
IDK why I finally thought of it and maybe its not possible.

Didn't work...

It was an older 1500 that had gone down. IDK why but this is the second time it has lost programming at some point. We suspect at power loss from utility. Cleared the error, downloaded program and they were up & going. Battery in 1500 was added a few years ago. ECs help was going to check it and they were adding some surge protection at the secondary of the control transformer.
I don't install anything, because I am not licensed. Don't need a license for programming only.
