abandoned circuits

If there are abandoned circuits (except communication) that are still in conduits; are they to be removed? If they are; could you give me the 05 code section? Thanks... :?:

Not in conduits, but there are some rules for:
Cellular Concrete Floor Raceways - 372.13
Cellular Metal Floor Raceways - 374.7
Underfloor Raceways - 390.7
