There is a underground conduit on my property and I would like to render it useless.

Is there a chemical that I can pour down the conduit that will either put a permeant plug in the conduit or will dissolve the plastic?

Quickcrete ought to do it. But I have to ask... why? Leave it in place if you ever need it??!!

I second the question, why? My school of thought is to never get rid of a perfectly good raceway, just cap it and record its location.

Really? Pour in? Dissolve? No worry about environmental pollution?

If 'yes' to all 4, pour in a gallon of MEK :eek::eek: .. and wait for the EPA black helicopters. Methyl Chloride would work also, either will also likely solve your mole problem?

Yea.. I would just cap it and that way it can be used if needed in the future.

Just like old baseboards. I always cut in a blank and out the wires in there. Or blank the Thermostat and abandon the wire down to the heat. This way if another circuit is ever needed, you already have one running all the way over that way. Old wire or not.
