ABB VFD acs 800 error code 5410

Hi everyone,
i have an ABB acs 800 vfd and i am experiencing two problems may be connected together or may be not.
first , my vfd shuts down the controlled motor when the electricity shuts down momentarialy (N.B i have another 3 vfds, this problem isnt happening).
When i turn off the vfd or electricity cuts off and gets back another fault appears.
the code is 5410 int config.
i read the manual , its talking about cleaning optical fibres or something like this.
i need help if someone experienced something like this or may have a solution for it .

Number of inverter modules is not equal to original number of inverters.

In my experience, when you get weird configuration errors like this (and you have not been rebuilding a VFD), it points to a communications problem inside of the drive and those sort of things never "fix themselves", they just get worse. Modern highly complex VFDs like the ACS 800 have a number of different PC boards and sub-systems inside of them, all of which have to "talk" to each other and coordinate in order to function correctly, usually (and especially with that drive) using fiber optic comm paths because it needs to be noise immune. One glitch in that communications path and it has to shut down to prevent serious damage. So in their telling you to "Check fibre optic cables between APBU and inverter modules", they are telling you to first eliminate the simplest issue, that a fiber optic cable has come loose between a control board (APBU) and one or more of the Inverter Modules, where the output transistors are. But basically if it isn't a loose connection, it's toast. You are not going to be able to fix it yourself unless you are REALLY good. You will need to get their Field service people involved.
