Any help with the following would be greatly appreciated!

1. What is the bus bar spacing required between phases and ground for a 3 phase 690V, variable frequency, 840AMP line? The bus bar would be mounted in a Hoffman box.
2. What penetration fittings are required for the 3 phase 690V, variable frequency, 840AMP line coming into the Hoffman box? There will be bus bar inside the box and the cable entering will most likely be 100MCM. Do the penetrations need to be sealed strain reliefs around the cable or can we have a hole with edge protection that runs all 3 phases through it?
3. Is there any fire suppression system required by code in the following rooms:
a. MV switchgear (up to 38kV) that would be a metal clad. 4Hr flame rated walls, 1HR flame ceiling.
b. Transformer (up to 38kV) pad mounted transformer with ?less flammable oil? in an enclosed area with open half walls for air ventilation. 4Hr flame rated walls, 1HR flame ceiling.
c. Converter rooms (converting 690V, variable frequency to 690V 60Hz). Room has 690V circuit breaker and low voltage glycol pumps in it for heat exchanger.
d. Conference room- All low voltage components in room.
