Good morning!

I’m about to install the bonding loop for a metal above ground pool. Everything seems relatively straightforward, it I have a few small questions:

Does the entire loop need to ground to my main service panel inside the house?

I am planning on putting the disconnects on a post with the outlets for the pump and electric heater (an outlet for each and a disconnect for each). First off, does that seem logical/allowable? Second, if the disconnect boxes are metal, do they need to be tied into the bonding loop even if they are more than 5’ away from the pool? I need to put the disconnects near the equipment, because it won’t be possible to see the house based on the location of the equipment, so I can’t locate the disconnects there.

One final thought - if there is a product that would be better for my disconnect setup, please let me know!

Much appreciated for any thoughts!
