Above ground pool bonding

I recently completed an electrical installation for an above ground pool. When it came time to do the equipotential bonding, I realized everything is resin on this pool. The uprights are plastic, the top rail is plastic, the ladder is plastic. The uprights are molded resin, not metal overlaid with resin. The only thing metal is the pool wall. However, you can’t drill through that to attach a lug bc you’d be drilling into the liner. I can find anything metal to attach to. Is the equipotential still required?

If it has a vinyl liner, then bonding to the pool at 4 points is not required. Make sure the pump and water are bonded.
