I am wiring a MCC bucket. I have 24V DC wire (going to a relay) and power 480VAC wires running along each other in the MCC wire trough only. Both cable insulations are rated for 600V...is this going to be an issue with possible interference...last thing I want to do is have nuisance tripping.

In your application all you can do is try to keep as much separation as possible between the DC Control Wiring and the AC conductors carrying significant current.

There are various models of DC Filters available although I have never had a problem with induced-noise affecting products by Allen-Bradley, Opto22, or Delta-V.

I use good a good quality TVSS device by Transtector for my DC Supply, Analogs, and Comm but no Filters as such.

I failed to mention the DC cable is shielded and grounded only at the PLC or Control Panel.
