AC control wiring

What section of the code governs low voltage ac control wiring, I'm thinking, article 725, if so would it be class 1, 2 or 3. I'm not too clear what the difference is between the 3 other than the supply source is listed as 1 2 or 3, which one has more strict requirements.
In any case I'm just wondering if I can run 2 thermostat wires in the same conduit, and if a 120 circuit can also go in that conduit. thanks

That depends, in large part, on what the power supply says on it.
