Which manufacture and model makes dual rated breakers? Is it the Square D QUO series? Any others worth mentioning?

What voltages are you asking about? What physical size do you need?

A 2-pole QOU is rated for 240VAC and 48VDC. Their Multi-9 breaker family can also be DIN rail mounted and is rated up to 480VAC and 125VDC, it also has a special breaker for UL489A DC telecommunications circuits.

48 up to 400 volts, solar PV stuff. Currents up to 100 amps
Are you looking for panelboard mounted units or lug-in lug-out designs?

The last time I looked at some higher voltage >125VDC, I could not get them in a "plug-in" design. They were a +100A units from Square D.

AC-DC Rated Breakers

ABB has some 500VDC breakers, but their datasheet shows breaking both leads. This is a conflict with the NEC that wants the grounded polarity of the array without OCPD or switches. This is why safety switches and DC rated fuses are used. Square-D has a special listing for single pole use of their heavy duty safety switches. This allows up to three separate PV inputs to be switched by a single safety switch.
