AC disconnect question

Hello all maybe you gentlemen and women can solve an on-site dispute right now. Does this ac blower need to have a switch on the celling next to or can I use the breaker as the disconnect. I say yes because it's within site and 50' of the unit wich is what the code states if I'm correct.

IMO you can use the breaker if its meets NEC & manufacturer requirements.

Will the CB still be within sight if they install doors on that closet?

or will it be in LoS if the doors are open, and does that matter if doors are there?
