I have a name plate with minimum circuit ampacity 18 Amp
Maximum fuse size 20 Amp.
My question is: Do I bring # 12 wire or #10 wire?

The 80% derating factor should already be included in the 18A so #12 meets that requirement. The actual load current is probably 14 Amps.

You have a name plate on what?????????????? I see nothing over 20 amp so I will say 12. Never mind I see the AC part.

You could use #14 with the 20 amp OCPD too if you're not using a 60? C wiring method.
