The drawings call for the HV panel xfmr and lv panel for AC units be located on roof. I am trying not to run a bunch of conduit because there is around 14 RTU and 12 ACCUs I want to share conduit and run at least 2 units per conduit or should I run each unit individual. I can provide more info just trying to figure if 1 or 2 or 3 is a good idea depending.

Won't there be penetrations at each unit? I would run a conduit for 2-3 units and run up thru the roof individually. If you run more than 3 units you probably will have to use larger wire
