AC unit RLA, MCA, but no FLA?

Looking at a cut sheet for an AC unit.

It lists the minimum circuit ampacity (MCA) at 36.3.
It also lists the rated load amps (RLA) at 23.8 amps.

MCA for the conductor sizing. But where's the FLA so I know what to put in the panel schedule for load calcs.

It lists input kW 6.34 cooling and 6.62 kW for heating so I can size the FLA this way?

I believe RLA (rated load amps) is the same as FLA (full load amps).

Then the MCA wouldn't make sense since it should be 1.25%? The MCA is too high.

This unit has one compressor and two fans. Don't have any fan info though.

I think the RLA is the compressor and FLA is fan motors.

(RLA x 125%) + FLA = MCA.
