I loaned my code book to a teacher for the weekend and am trying to remember the language used that requires each tenant to have access to the panelboard to controls their respective apartments. Have a "slum lord" that aparantly the renter has to go into another apartment and stand on the bed to reset the breakers. Trying to review "ammunition" to get this situation corrected. It appears that the renter may be paying for more than her share based on the billing. Not my problem but another issue that needs to be discussed. What section is this language located in?
