Hey guys i have a back yard i am doing where i have my switchlegs junctioned in a crawl space to some pipes that will go outside,my question is will the inspector give me a hard time about having to crawl through a 3x2 opening to access this crawl space in order to access this j box

Don't thik so, but may require a lighting outlet.

accessible is accessible. How far you have to crawl and through what isn't really a factor.

I would also say no light as it's not equipment.
