Accident Reports

Hi

I am trying to compile information on electrical accidents specifically low voltage panel accidents and came accross the canadian electrical incidents and occurences. I was wondering how I might be able to get the accident reports that show the details of what exactly happened?

I have some information to deaths & accidents, however You may want to contact OSHA or the BWC (Bureau of Workmans Comp). I personally found this type of information hard to get. Do you want Industrial, Commercial, Contractor, Residential ?

I think the OSHA website has statistics for the US though I am not sure what all is contained in those files.
