Good morning guys, I have been a problem with some ACS800 that i have in my company. They were bought in 2011 and never were used. When i energize the input, the frequency shows this message:

------------------------------------------------------------------
CDP 312 PANEL V5.30

.............
-------------------------------------------------------------------

The ACS800 stays loading in this screen and doesn't go on to the next screen. What I have to do? Maybe buy other ACS800??

have you considered calling tech support and asking them?

Yeah, seriously...

It's possible however, given that they have sat unused for 5+ years, that they are now damaged if you powered them up without first performing a "Capacitor Reforming Procedure". Large electrolytic capacitors lose their oxide film, a necessary part of the construction of the capacitor, over time when not powered up periodically. When you power them up with full voltage after a few years, the lack of an oxide layer means the layers of film inside are immediately conductive and the short circuit current through them burns holes in the film, rendering them useless. There is no recovery from that, the damage is immediate and permanent. You MAY be able to just replace the capacitors however, if the damage did not spread further.
