I have to do a temporay installation inside a military warehouse. I will need to use four wire ACSR cable. The warehouse is used to compact trash and the equipment is in the middle of the warehouse on a platform. The ACSR will be ran from a disconnect on the wall aprox. thirty feet to the platform (which will have a breaker box) and will be eighteen feet above the floor. There will be no truck traffic just small machinery.
My question is can ACSR be installed in a warehouse and does the NEC have any say-so. I can't find any information on the matter.
