Actual code listing(s) in 2017 NEC for spelling out dedicated circuit requirements??

Hello there! I just took delivery on my NEC 2017 hardcopy. While I'm well aware of basic residential
circuit requirements, I 'm having trouble sourcing the actual code that mandates dedicated circuits for Garbage Disposals, Refrigerators, Microwaves, etc.
Perhaps its in the 400's?

Any tips would be welcome.

I think there are no such mandates. You might get backed into a need for a dedicated circuit if the appliance draws too much current. I would suggest checking 210.23.

yup-- I see how people extrapolate to written requirement for dedicated circuits when what the code says is manage your loads on multi outlet circuits properly. Duh.

Off the top of my head there is at least one in 422. I don't believe that the term dedicated circuit is used in the NEC.

422(B)(4)(5) The receptacle is supplied by an individual branch
circuit.

Range hood is all I can think of without looking. Fridge dedicated 15 amp or on with SA.

According to mrelectric.com:

Dedicated circuits are required by the National Electrical Code for major electrical appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, space heaters, and more.
