Question- how are they getting 600amps? Total load is 100kw. Similar load and square footage for a right aid is calling for 1,200amps. :huh:
There are a lot of spares in there. My guess is they accounted for future load growth.

Under the NEC, what would my service size be though? 400amps?
Based on the riser they already provided a 600A disconnect with 2 sets of 500kcmil. Your service size is 600A. Unless and until there is a need for some future loads your service size will be 102kW@208/120v,3phase=282A.So 300-400A service.
300-400A is what I was thinking.
In theory a 250 would work- though that would violate code.
Not sure if they took the diversity factor for receptacles in RP panel. How would a 250A work? Are you thinking about some diversity that all of the RTU's may not work at the same time?
