ADA standards

I want to order the ADA Act for reference in our MEP office.

I'm not sure what exactly I should be purchasing? It would appear that what I need is the ADA and ABA Handbook. But a couple of questions maybe someone can help me with:

What is the ABA?
Is the most current version the 2004
Is there soon to be a 2008 in which case perhaps I should wait.
What is the ADAAG and do I need that also.

I thought that since it was a federal act that local AHJ, and even one's present building code defaulted to this, The ADA Act...
