I realize that while I'm aware of many ADA requirements, I've never set eye's on the document. Does it consist of many different documents? Is there one document that pertains to electrical installations? Fire Alarm? etc?

In short, what documents should we have as part of our library at a minimum?

The ADA guidelines are free online. http://www.access-board.gov/adaag/html/adaag.htm

It's chock full of stuff an electrician or engineer ought to reference. Pretty well laid out document.

Mike if you have the Massachusetts amendments edition of the NEC you will find the basic ADA requirements right in the front. :smile:

I wouldn't be w/o it. I've always been amazed at the number of codes we div 16 people need to refer to, yet so few of us (generally speaking) have no clue where they are or how to apply them.
