Adapter Question

I have a PB30 30-Amp NEMA 3R Power Inlet Box in my garage wired to my panel to backfeed a generator. This breaker is always off unless the electricity is off (and main breaker off) due to a storm. Is it possible to create an adapter like a L14-30R to 10-30R so I can run a dryer off this box?
