I have added some power plots to my website of my consumption at home vs time. These are whole house measurements using the TED 1000 series system.

Two plots, P26 and P27 (all the way to the end) are from 10-03-2010. One is 24 hours and the other is from midnight to 4 AM. Otherwise the same data. At night the load is mostly two freezers, a refrigerator, and maybe the furnace blower operated some of the time. Additionally there are some continuous on loads. The freezers are about 300 W when on, the furnace blower is 420 W when on, and I do not know the refrigerator motor load.
The third plot, P28, is data from 6-28-2011 thru 8-14-2911, plotted over a 1 day period with all of the days superimposed on each other. These are the average power over the previous hour and also equate to the energy used over that hour.
