Adding a 10 circuit transfer switch for a portable generator with 2 200 amp panels

Every so ofetn we loose popwer out here in the sticks and because my wife likes here TV I have been assigned the task of a back up generator. So I pursheased a new Champion 8000w running duel fuel generator and now would like to add a transfer switch for plug and play.

I was looking on adding a Reliance controls 10 circuit 30amp transfer switch but then came the realization that I have 2 200 amp panels in my garage that feed my home built in 2006/2007

Neither panel is full up and there are several spares pre wired for extras in case I ever decide to go electric water heater ect. All the directions s for Reliance controls show for 1 panel installs. Would I need two transfer switches to accommodate both panels ?
