I am working for a contractor who is re-wiring a kitchen. Nothing is being added (just updated) except being an old house we are making it compliant to today's code, such as putting in 2- 20 amp countertop kitchen circuits, etc. The 100 amp neutral bar is full. Any problem with adding another? I assume it needs to be bonded to existing one, any other feedback, suggestions?

I would add an equipment grounding bar and move any EGC's from the existing neutral to the new grounding bar. This should free up some space for your new neutrals.

No, and yes, in that order.
