Adding circuit from outside panel

I need to add a dedicated circuit to the second floor. The panel is right on the outside wall where the outlet needs to be.

I plan to use this flexible conduit from the panel to the metal conduit. Metal conduit up to the second floor.

1. What fitting do I need at location 1? Flexible to metal conduit adapter and liquid tight?
2. What fittings do I need at location 2 to get inside?
3. Is EMT conduit ok? It's about 8 ft. so I would have to cut a 10 ft. section.
 
Thanks. The whole run is ~14 ft. so I would need connectors somewhere. Even the conduit body entering the brick. Are set screws ok or do they make water tight fittings for EMT?

Also, do I need to add a section of EMT to the conduit body to enter the brick? Then caulk it off?

Pipe through the brick right into a box from conduit fitting. Conduit system should be complete. I would caulk or duct seal.
 
Leave the panel with an LR or LL conduit body, depending on which side of the panel you're working with. 1/2" PVC straight up into an LB, penetrating the wall with PVC into an outlet box in the room. Everything glues together for an easy installation. As chuckd83 says, use silicone or duct seal to waterproof penetration.

Route your raceway so it can "drain". Unless you are in the desert, you are pretty much guaranteed to get condensation within the raceway and as you have drawn it you have a low spot where this condensation will accumulate. This will result in quicker rust-out of EMT, and if you are in a place where temps drop below freeing will even burst the raceway open when the water inside freezes.

Raintight fittings are a somewhat of a joke IMO, but are required. Some instances you get more water from condensation inside the raceway then you ever will get via leakage through a set screw fitting.
