Adding light in ceiling with ceiling heat

Got a call from customer she wants some lights added and she had ceiling heat. From my knowledge your kinda SOL with adding any type of overhead light. Some say use inferred camer to indicate the wires. Was thinking maybe track light off online light in living room and using infrared camera to find wires to avoid hitting them. Any ideas

Circuit tracers also can be used to find the heating cable locations.
