Im trying to locate a 6 port bolt-on lug to replace a one spot lug on a old 400 amp Square D fusible disconnect. The disconnect feeds five panels, and all the feeders are terminated underneath the one set of lugs on the load side of the disco. Inspector would let me use a power conversion block, but changing out the lugs would be a lot easier. I believe it uses a 3/8" bolt, and wire size max. is about 2/0's I think. I would need two of them. I got my suppliers digging around but I thought you guys might have a lead on something like this.

How much space do you have for each lug? I've found a few possibilities, but need to know the size and shape of the space you have.

Try a Google search for "mechanical lug 6 conductor" and similar terms.

You may close this thread, as I found what I needed: a 4 position ILSCO stacking lug.
Accepts wire 600 kcmil - 2 awg. Dimensions fit neatly where I needed. Thanks.

Cool. I love it when I find a lug that fits just right! Then if it doesn't take the factory 4 weeks to make it you're good to go!

Welcome. :)

Better than closing the thread, why not share what you found with the forum?
