Greetings,
My house has a meter/main combo panel with 4 breaker slots (fig 1 and 2). Two slots are occupied by a 100A breaker that runs to an "intermediary" (fig 3), which then supplies a 100A subpanel (fig 4).
The 100a subpanel (fig 4) is fully occupied, so I would like to add a new 100a subpanel. My questions:
1) Would it be possible to relocate the 50A a/c breaker to this new 100a subpanel but keep the 30a PV backfeed in the meter/main combo panel? The electrician seems to think so, but I wasn't aware that you can find a 30/100 breaker of this type?
2) I believe I have 200A service coming into the meter/main combo panel - is this correct?
Thanks in advance!
