I currently have a 200amp meter feeding my 2 200amp panels located on one wall in the garage. I want to add a 100amp subpanel to the next wall so I don't have to run multiple runs for the a/c, air handler and some receptacles because the ceiling is finished. I estimated I need roughly 65' of wire to make it around the air handler in the right on the floor, the walls are cinderblock and the ceiling is finished in the majority of the garage. Here is a photo for better reference https://photos.app.goo.gl/UWgJCfywmfj5oNrf6 I have access to the floor subframe up to the wall with the dehumidifier in the left. Talking with an electrician he suggested I use SER AL 1/0 4 wire, does this sound correct? Once I come out of the wall by the dehumidifer I know there are rules regarding cable types in conduit. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We can't help with electrical work that is not part of your job. Sounds like you need to hire the electrician to help with this.
