Addition to Apartment Meter Center

I have an existing 800A apartment meter center with 12 meters. I need to add an additional meter for a 20A house panel for a new fire alarm system. Do the feeders from the existing meter center 800A main to the new meter have to be sized at 800A or 20A?
 
This is an existing apartment building. The new house panel is actually just one 20A circuit breaker feeding a new fire alarm system
