Whats the typical additional cost for a Tamper Proof TR receptacle?
Whats the typical additional cost for weather resistant receptacle - WR?
And has anyone done a TR-WR GFCI?

Around here (Western Wisconsin), TR recepts-$1.08, TR/WR combo-$1.72, TR/WR GFI recept-$16.17. Could not find a stand alone WR recept.
 
In Washington: TR receptacle= $1.05, So close to double the cost of a normal receptacle----TR GFCI= $12.00, A little over a dollar more--depending.
My supplier doesn't carry the WR as of today

Although 406.8 requires WR recepts in Damp and Wet locations, I have yet to see anyone use them around here.

I think the non resistant were $8.00 ish

LEV T5320 15 amp duplex recep $1.00

Don't know about the TR&WR standard duplex
