Adjusting reactance for different ambient. CH9 T9

Greetings group.
In chapter 9 table 8 note 2 there is a formula to adjust resistance for a ambient temperature change, such as conduit centered 20" underground.
R2 = R1[1 + C (T2 -75)]
Where C = .00330 For Aluminum and T2 = 30C
I get R2=R1 * .835
Is that also how to adjust reactance in table 9 for the different ambient?
If not how is this done?

Of course thanks.
So in the heading of table 9 the 75C part does not apply to the first two columns that are just reactance.
