In 210.21 (A) , the last sentince of that paragraph, the word "admedium" is used. I could not find this word used, or defined anywhere. can anybody tell me what this word means? :smile:

Look at 22E, which has a slightly larger diameter than a standard medium base.

MEDI = middle or between

ADMEDIUM = NEAR MIDDLE as it relates to size

The admedium base was popular for a while to prevent HID Par38's from being screwed into medium screwbase sockets. I don't remember seeing any in use lately and the last time I bought any was about 10 years ago.
