does anyone have any new information if the 2011 2014 nec codes will be adopted in pa this year ? the latest I heard was the legislative members were supposed to vote on adopting the 2015 I codes which would then bring in the2011 2014 nec codes.but they would have to vote by the end of September or wait till the 2017 I codes come out. I don't think any voting took place and we will be stuck on the 2008 code till who knows when.there will be a lot of catching up to do on the 2011 2014 codes and the 2017 nec will soon be going into effect. that is a lot of material to catch up on. we are one of only 4 states that are still on the 2005 or 2008 codes and that is a shame . but one thing pa. leads in is having the highest gas tax which is at .50 cents a gallon and may go up again . we also have the 2nd biggest legislature in the country with 253 house and senate members and they could not even get together to adopt codes which keep our people safer what a waste of our tax payers money it is really a shame . if any one has any new information please post it

253 lawmakers just for one state? I bet they don't get a lot done, but probably do make sure to give themselves a raise every couple years or so.
