This is a NEC forum and that is not an NEC matter, but I can help you.

I send my Gerber's to my vendor who makes my boards and it's included in the NRE. I send them the single unit Gerber. I tell them what array I want with what spacing to work in my machines. They send some samples and then I run them through the line to make sure it works, and then place the big order.

To answer your question, have your pcb vendor do it for you!

I don't know what you mean by "advanced" but that's moot.
