This will probably be a quick one for you guys.

My wife and I are building a house and about to order the cable for the service run underground. Yet I'm not 100% on what is a safe bet.

200amp service at approximately 265ft from meter to load center. I was going to run 250 for L1 and L2 with 3/0 neutral and 3/0 ground, yet I'm pushing a little to much voltage drop even though we likely won't hit 200amp very often, if ever. I would go with 350 for the hots but I foolishly installed 2" conduit in the slab! Although i have 2.5" run from outside the house to the pole.

I can legally run without a ground before NEC 2020 code takes effect since my load center is within 3ft of the point of entry thus not required to have a disconnect. Which im trying not to take that risk, since i would like to have a disconnect and breaker on the mains.

Any advice on sizing the conductors? I'm unsure on what's required for the neutral and ground sizing.
