I am working on older home with two separate knob and tube circuits left. Both have 2 outlets and a light fixture, totally apart and on two GE 20amp single pole breakers. I want to replace with 2 15 amp GE dual function breakers for 14 wire on light fixtures, outlets have 12 but should be fine. Each circuit is totally isolated from the other. Will this be code compliant? Thanks.
