AFCI/GFCI breaker question

I need to replace two gfci breakers in sub panel one runs pool and other sump pump the sub panel was installed in 2000.My issue is the box store only sells (eaton) combo AFCI/GFCI breakers is it ok to use this type of breaker on the mention equipment or will i have false trips.
