Afci/gfci breakers tripping

I did a panel upgrade with afci gfci QO breakers when I turn power back on multiple trip immediately.

Do you have MWBCs?
Or you have found a neutral to ground connection in a j box

What is the breaker LED telling you? ground fault or arc fault?

Any chance some neutrals got mixed up?
