Noted in EC&M that Leviton has a new AFCI-GFCI Receptacle available. Solves the issue of receptacle replacement in GFCI required areas. Don't know cost or availability yet. Often products are announced in the trade mags long before they are available

My local Graybar says they are expecting stock very soon & will notify me when they're in.

This Leviton Spec Sheet includes the statement:
By Leviton:

It (the dual function AFCI/GFCI Leviton AGTR) is also ideal as a replacement for ungrounded receptacles, satisfying NEC requirements for both AFCI and GFCI protection.
Leviton is clearly saying that this AFCI/GFCI dual function receptacle device DOES NOT need to be connected to an Equipment Grounding Conductor (EGC) for it to provide AFCI and GFCI protection.

The Big Orange Box Store is offering an initial idea of the price near $30 that you can see by clicking here.

I just came from the Upper Midwest Electrical Manufacturer's Tradeshow in Minneapolis, today. Hubbel, I am told by their floor reps, is intending to have their Dual Function AFCI / GFCI receptacle shipping to suppliers in August of this year.

Also, P&S Legrand had a Dual Function AFCI / GFCI receptacle, loose on the countertop at their booth, which is also purported to ship to suppliers this summer.
