AFCI Receptacle vs AFCI Breaker

With the introduction of AFCI receptacles, some may wonder if they are as good as or the same as an AFCI breaker. I won't go in to a another rant on AFCIs, but found this video interesting as the guy doesn't seem to think the receptacles are as good as or offer the same protection as the breakers.

I wonder if his opinion is in any way biased because he works for a breaker manufacturer that doesn't make the receptacles?
