AFCI Requirements in Tennessee

The last time I worked in Tennessee (winter 2018), they only required AFCI breakers for bedroom circuits. I was wondering if this is still the case, since I may have a construction project to work on down there soon. I have since moved to Michigan (which doesn't use AFCI's at all).

OK, I'll have to account for that in my bid. Also, are general-purpose receptacle circuits allowed to be wired with #14AWG (15A)? Or do they all need to be 20A? I know I can wire lighting-only circuits with 15A.

#14 can used anywhere that doesn't require 20A.
