AFCIS exercise room

Do the following rooms require AFCI'S ?
-A dedicated exercise room with tread mills and weight lifting machines? Would you call this a Recreation room?
-A room dedicated to IT equipment? 13ft by 6ft it is more than a closet.
-The general purpose outlet in a laundry room installed above a counter or even the lighting circuit in the laundry room? How about the laundry circuit itself?
-The ice maker, wine fridge, and dishwasher installed under the bar looking out into the living room. The bar top itself devides the two rooms and they have differnet ceilong heights. This is not part of the kitchen?

IMO, the exercise room, IT room require afci. The laundry does not nor does any outlets or lighting in the kitchen. I am not sure if you are saying the appliances are not in the kitchen or that they are.

The bar is completely different area than the kitchen.
