AFCI's & GFCI's

A while one you great guys took the time & effort to research & post information about the "when they were required & where" time periods for GFCI & AFCI protection, in a chart form. I thought that I had saved it, but now can not find it.

I would appreciate it, if someone would/could re-post this .
